Last night I had an amazing group coaching session. I was coaching two sisters who are having major issues with their mother. I was coaching them to reach for a better feeling statement about the situation. By the end of the call they each had a statement about their mother that felt much better than the statements they had been thinking for a long time and this was bringing down their vibration about the situation and in general. The trick is that each better feeling statement has to feel real to them. In other words, it wouldn’t be realisitc for them to go to a fake statement about what a great mother their mother is when that’s not what they’re currently experiencing. So in the end I helped them raise their vibration about the situation with their mother and they were both feeling much better by the end of the call.
