From a Law of Attraction point-of-view it's so important to have fun and do something enjoyable as much as possible! Why is this? This is because we're all vibrational beings. The Law of Attraction is responding to our vibration and matching it and giving us what we're vibrating. What this means is that if you're putting out a low vibration (more negative) then most areas of your life will reflect that. Maybe you're not attracting as much money as you want? Maybe you're settling in your relationships? Maybe your job is just ok, but not what you really want to do? Whatever it is, things going on in your life, reflect your vibration.
The good news is that having fun and/or doing something enjoyable raises your vibration! How often should you do this? As often as possible! For some people they never think about doing something fun, and therefore rarely plan something fun. They think that requires some major plan to make it happen. But it doesn't. You can do something fun at home like watching a favorite movie that makes you laugh. Or, maybe you enjoy baking or playing with your dog or cat. Whatever it is, there's always something fun/enjoyable we can think of doing.
If you're more adventurous, maybe you'll go for a hike, a sleigh ride, or on a walk with a friend. There are so many things we can do, but you have to remember to deliberately plan something fun.
It may sound simple, but if you actually do it, you'll feel happier (a/k/a high vibration!)
