The Law Of Attraction And You
As a certified Law of Attraction life coach, one of my favorite things to do is teach my clients about the Law of Attraction. The truth is that it’s always responding to you, so it’s vital to know if you want to know how to attract what you want.
It may sound simple or overly obvious, but to my surprise, alot of people don’t know about it. The perplexing part is that so many people tell me they know what the Law of Attraction is. However, when I ask them to define it, I either get a wrong answer or half an answer.
Sometimes people tell me that what I think about is what I’ll attract. I then will ask, “Why is that?” They may say because it just is that way, or that’s what I’ve heard.
It’s no surprise to me with an answer like that that they’re not attracting what they want. This is because they don’t know the root of what the Law of Attraction is about.
This is surprising to me because there are so many videos and books written about it. Alot of well known self-help gurus like Oprah, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith, etc., all talk about the Law of Attraction.
To me learning about the Law of Attraction is like learning about math. If you don’t understand the basics of math, you’ll be confused as it gets harder. The same is true about trying to understand the Law of Attraction. If you don’t know how it responds to you, you’ll never understand how to work with it.
What Is The Law of Attraction?
My favorite definition of the Law of Attraction is like energy attracts like energy. However, underneath that meaning is the most important part. How we think about something causes us to feel a certain way about it. That feeling is like saying that’s how we’re vibrating about something. That vibration is what the Law of Attraction responds to. It responds by saying “Ok” here’s more of that.
For example, say someone was thinking about how hard it is to pay their bills, to be able to afford to go on vacation, and to save money. They would be putting out a low vibration about money. Law of Attraction picks up on that low vibration and that person continues to experience not having enough money.
If that same person understood the Law of Attraction and how to think about money in a high vibration way, they couldn’t help but attract money.
The same could be said about anything else someone wanted to attract into their lives. You have to think about what you want in a high vibration way so you can attract it to yourself.
How To Attract What You Want
There are many processes and techniques which can help you attract what you want. The main thing they all do is get you to focus on what you want in a high vibration way. By doing this you’ll be excited about it coming. As long as you don’t question when or how it will come, it will manifest for you.
One fun technique is to allow yourself to think about how your life would be if you had what you wanted. Let yourself feel how wonderful it would feel and how good you would feel if you had it. The Law of Attraction doesn’t care if it’s real or not, it’s just responding to our vibration. That’s why it’s vital you stay excited about what you want. The minute you start to doubt that it can happen, you’re putting yourself in a lower vibration about it.

It’s an amazing process to take a client through their thoughts and find out where their own thinking is limiting them from attracting what they want. As the days and weeks go by it’s wonderful when my clients report to me how much their lives have improved. This happens just by thinking differently and attracting what they want, instead of what they don’t want. I recently had a client who had so many “wins” during the week, that she took up most of the session just by sharing all the wins she had.
When you live your life from a Law of Attraction point-of-view, it only gets better!
