Becoming aware of your thoughts during the day is vital so that you can use the Law of Attraction to create the life you want.
However, it is becoming clear to me that sometimes we have thoughts throughout the night as well. What I mean by this is sometimes you wake up in the middle of the night and find that you’re worried about something. Or maybe you wake up and just find that for some reason you’re thinking about something in a negative way. These thoughts also must be addressed to better thoughts, regardless of what time it is.
Once you start becoming more aware of what thoughts you are having during the day, then try your best to be aware of where your thoughts are throughout the night, and if necessary reach for better thoughts, and better thoughts, and better thoughts.
Law of Attraction is operating 24/7, so it’s vital that you become aware of your thoughts 24/7 so that you can use it in your favor.
